Discounts and promotion terms – Sisustus1.fi

These terms set out the conditions for using discounts, promotions and discount codes in the Sisustus1.fi online store.

Please read these terms carefully before using promotions or discount codes.

General terms

• Discounts, promotions and offers cannot be combined in the same order unless the terms of the promotion expressly state otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change the terms of promotions and discounts without prior notice.
• Promotions and offers are valid for the stated period or while stocks last.

If an order uses an offer such as Buy 1, get 1 free or Buy 1, get the second at 50% off, any return must first be applied to the discounted item. For example, if you wish to return only one of the items, the refund will be based on the discounted item's price. If you return both items, the refund will cover the value of both. 

If you return a product that came with a free item, the free item must also be returned in a saleable condition. Otherwise, the free item's normal selling price will be deducted from the refund for the original product.

If an order qualified for free delivery through an online store promotion, for example by exceeding a minimum order value, and a return brings the order value below that threshold or otherwise means the promotion's conditions are no longer met, a delivery charge of €6.90 will be deducted from the refund. Likewise, any products received as a promotional benefit must be returned in a saleable condition.

Terms for using discount codes

• Discount codes are personal unless otherwise stated. They may not be shared or published without separate permission from Sisustus1.fi.
• A discount code cannot be added retrospectively once an order has been confirmed and paid.
• If you add a discounted product to your cart and use a discount code, the larger discount will apply automatically.
• If you apply a single-use discount code to an already discounted product and the code does not exceed the product's existing discount, the code is considered used and cannot be used again.

Discount codes cannot be used for the following products or orders:

• Beds
• Mattresses
• Furniture
• Already discounted products
• Purchases of gift cards
• Products specifically excluded from discount codes

Contract discounts for business customers cannot be combined with consumer promotions unless separately agreed in writing.

Misuse and legal proceedings

Misuse of discount codes and promotions, such as unauthorised sharing, public distribution or commercial use of discount codes without permission, is prohibited and may lead to order cancellation and restrictions on the customer relationship.

Breaching these terms may result in liability for damages and legal action under Finnish law.

Consumer purchases are governed by Finnish law, particularly the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (38/1978) and the general principles of contract law.

Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If no negotiated solution can be reached, the matter will be finally resolved by the Helsinki District Court.

Right to amend these terms

We reserve the right to update and revise these terms as needed. We recommend reviewing the current terms before using a discount code or participating in a promotion.
