PAYMENT TERMS – Sisustus1.fi
This page contains information about the payment methods and terms used in the Sisustus1.fi online store. Payment is secure, and we use industry-leading payment processing services.
1. Payment methods
In the Sisustus1.fi online store, you can pay for your order in the following ways:
- Online banking payments (all Finnish banks)
- Payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express)
- MobilePay
- Beer
- Apple Pay / Google Pay (on compatible devices)
- Invoice and installment services (e.g. Walley, Klarna, Paytrail – depending on the service provider)
All payments are always made securely via an encrypted connection. Payment is processed by a selected third-party payment service provider (e.g. Paytrail Oyj or Klarna Bank AB), through which the payment is routed to the online store.
Sisustus1.fi does not store payment card or bank details, and the staff does not have access to them.
2. Invoicing for corporate customers
We offer corporate customers the opportunity to pay for their orders with an e-invoice or PDF invoice , if the customer's credit information and payment behavior allow it .
Invoicing must be agreed in advance with our customer service. The invoicing policy only applies to companies with a valid Business ID and whose credit information is checked before invoicing is approved.
Invoices are normally due within 7 or 14 days, depending on the agreement. Late payments are subject to statutory interest and reminder fees.
3. Payment confirmation and order
The order is confirmed upon payment. If the payment is successful, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. If the payment is not successful, the order will not be processed.
The order must be paid in full before delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing (for example, regarding invoicing for corporate customers).
4. Invoice and installment services for consumer customers
If the customer chooses an invoice or installment payment as a payment method, he or she is directly responsible for that payment method in accordance with the terms and conditions of the selected payment service provider (e.g. Walley or Klarna).
If payment is delayed, the payment service provider may charge late payment interest and reminder fees in accordance with its own terms and conditions.
5. Gift cards
Sisustus1.fi gift cards are accepted as a means of payment in the online store. The gift card is entered as a gift card code at the checkout, and its value is deducted from the total amount of the purchase.
- The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
- Gift cards cannot be used for orders already placed.
6. Safety
All payments are processed via a secure SSL connection, and the online store meets the security requirements for payment traffic. Our payment service providers comply with the Payment Services Act and applicable legislation.
