PAYMENT TERMS

This page brings together information about the payment methods and payment terms used in the Sisustus1.fi online store. Payment is secure, and we use leading payment service providers.

1. Payment methods

You can pay for your order in the Sisustus1.fi online store using the following methods:

  • Online bank payments (all Finnish banks)
  • Payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express)
  • MobilePay
  • Pivo
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (on compatible devices)
  • Invoice and instalment payment services (for example, Walley, Klarna, Svea or Paytrail, depending on the provider)
  • Svea instalment credit

All payments are made securely over an encrypted connection. The selected third-party payment service provider, such as Paytrail Oyj or Klarna Bank AB, processes the payment and transfers it to the online store.

Sisustus1.fi does not store payment card details or online banking credentials, and our staff cannot access them.

Svea instalment credit is a one-off credit agreement that allows you to choose your preferred repayment period from the options offered in the store. Please note that the buyer must be at least 21 years old. You can view your outstanding credit agreements in the My Pages service. Using Svea instalment credit requires an approved credit decision. By applying, the applicant consents to information from other lenders being requested from Suomen Asiakastieto Oy's consumer credit information enquiry system. We also check the applicant's credit record. A customer whose credit application has been declined may request a new credit decision based on additional information by contacting Svea customer service.

2. Invoicing for business customers

Business customers may pay for their orders by e-invoice or PDF invoice, provided their credit record and payment history allow it.

Invoicing must be agreed in advance with our customer service. This option is available only to businesses with a valid Finnish Business ID whose credit record is checked before invoicing is approved.

Invoices normally have a payment term of 7 or 14 days, as agreed. Statutory late-payment interest and reminder fees apply to overdue payments.

3. Payment confirmation and order

The order is confirmed when payment is made. After successful payment, the customer receives an order confirmation by email. If payment is unsuccessful, the order will not be processed.

The order must be paid in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing, for example for invoicing business customers.

4. Invoice and instalment services for consumers

If the customer chooses to pay by invoice or instalments, they are directly responsible for that payment method under the terms of the selected payment service provider, such as Walley or Klarna.

If payment is late, the payment service provider may charge late-payment interest and reminder fees under its own terms.

5. Gift cards

Sisustus1.fi gift cards can be used to pay in the online store. Enter the gift card code at checkout, and its value will be deducted from the order total.

  • The gift card is valid for 12 months from the purchase date, unless otherwise stated
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or returned
  • Gift cards cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed
6. Security

All payments are processed over a secure SSL connection, and the online store meets payment security requirements. Our payment service providers comply with the Payment Services Act and applicable legislation.
