Cancelling Your Order

If you placed your order as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product (Finnish Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6). If the last day of this period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period is extended to the next business day.

Cancellation is done using the form below. Fill in the form and submit it — you will receive an automatic confirmation email as proof of cancellation.

If you have already received the product, please see the return instructions in our return policy. Returns are free of charge, provided you contact us first before sending the product back.

Exceptions

The right of cancellation does not apply to made-to-order products (e.g. beds), personalized products, or hygiene products whose seal has been broken after delivery.
