Customer register and marketing communications

When you shop at our online store www.sisustus1.fi and provide us with your contact information (such as your email address or phone number), we store this information in our customer register. We use the information for the following purposes:

• Order processing and delivery

• Providing and improving customer service

• Email marketing – such as newsletters, offers and new product introductions

• SMS marketing – from time to time we may also send current offers via text message

• Targeted advertising on social media and other digital channels

• Sending product review requests after ordering

We use the Klaviyo service for marketing communications, which we use to send newsletters, campaigns and automated messages (e.g. abandoned cart reminders). Klaviyo processes customer data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We use Judge.me to collect product reviews, which may send you an email after you place an order requesting you to review the products you purchased. Reviews help other customers make choices and help us develop our selection.

The customer can opt out of marketing communications at any time via the link at the end of each message or by contacting our customer service. We do not disclose customer register information to third parties without a legal basis.

When processing data, we comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensure data security at all stages of processing.
