Customer relationship
A customer relationship begins when the customer places a product order. An order requires the following personal information: the customer's own name, street address, postcode, postal town, email address and telephone number (optional).

Processing of personal data
Sisustus1.fi's customer register is confidential; register information is not disclosed to other parties. Sisustus1.fi sends emails or text messages only to customers who have given permission. The customer's bank or credit card details are not visible to Sisustus1.fi staff. All data transfers and payments always take place over a secure connection.

Cookies
The Sisustus1.fi online store uses cookies. For the site to function, the browser must allow cookies. Cookies collect technical information and information about how the site is used. This information is also used to improve the site to better meet customers' needs.

Purpose of the register
The register is used to manage the customer relationship between Sisustus1.fi and its customers. It is not used for Sisustus1.fi's direct marketing without the customer's consent. Your register information may be disclosed to our sister company Import Numero 1 Oy, an importer and wholesaler, for service or marketing purposes concerning business customers.

Information contained in the register

  • The user's personal details (first name, surname)
  • The user's contact details (home address, telephone number, email)
  • Consent to a newsletter subscription
  • Order details
  • Products ordered
  • Order date
  • Order payment method
  • Reference number
  • Order history
  • Technical web server information (including the user's IP address and information about the user's browser)

Disclosure and confidentiality
Information is not disclosed to external parties or outside the EU. It is stored in Sensiprima's own server system and is accessible only to Sensiprima staff and authorised system administrators. You can obtain further information about our customer register at the address above.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for its purpose or as required by a contract or law.
We aim to update information and remove unnecessary information regularly. As a rule, we delete information that has not been used for more than two years, provided there is no other reason to retain it, such as ensuring the security of our services, or a statutory requirement.

Please note that the Accounting Act, for example, requires accounting records to be retained for at least six (6) years from the end of the financial year.
The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman if they believe they have been treated unfairly in this matter.
The customer may withdraw previously given consent at any time. This must be done in writing to the data controller via the contact link.

Your information is stored on our service providers' servers, which are protected according to standard industry practices. We ensure that processing meets the requirements of applicable legislation and the safeguards intended to prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of or access to personal data.

The personal data we collect and process is kept confidential, and access is limited to people who need it for their work. We also undertake not to disclose personal data to anyone other than employees or other persons, including any subcontractors, who need to know it for the agreed purpose and are bound by their service or other agreements, or by law, to keep it confidential. Access to your personal data is protected by individual user accounts, passwords and access rights.
We do not carry out profiling based on data subjects' personal characteristics or process data for automated decision-making.
