Terms of service
These terms of use govern use of the Sisustus1.fi online store (the “Online Store”) and the customer relationship between Sensiprima Oy (the “Service Provider”) and the customer. By using the Online Store and/or placing an order, you accept these terms as binding.
1. Registration and use of the online service
Products can be ordered from the Online Store without registration or by registering as a customer. Registration is free. When registering, the customer agrees to provide accurate and current information and to keep their login credentials confidential.
The Service Provider reserves the right to deny access to the online service, cancel orders or close a user account if the customer breaches the terms, uses the service unlawfully or disrupts the Online Store's operations.
The Online Store's content is protected by copyright law and may not be copied, published or used without written permission.
2. Binding nature of orders
An order placed by the customer is binding. It is deemed received when the customer receives an order confirmation by email. The Service Provider may cancel an order, for example due to an obvious pricing error, an availability problem or a breach of payment terms.

4. Products and prices
Products and prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT at 25.5%. Product images and information are presented as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to change products, prices, delivery terms and payment terms without prior notice.
5. Payment terms
The payment methods and payment service providers available in the Online Store are shown when ordering. Payment always takes place over a secure connection. Payments are processed by an external payment service provider, and Sisustus1.fi staff do not see payment card details.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered using the delivery method selected by the customer. Further details about delivery methods, times and charges are set out in the Delivery Terms. Collection from the warehouse at Valimotie 21, 00380 Helsinki is possible if “collection from warehouse” has been selected as the delivery method and the customer has received a pickup notification.
7. Returns and exchanges
Consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the product. Hygiene products, made-to-order products and certain other products have no right of return. See further details and instructions on the Return Instructions page.
8. Gift card terms
Gift cards purchased from the Sisustus1.fi Online Store are valid for 12 months from purchase, unless otherwise stated. Gift cards are personal and cannot be exchanged for cash or returned. They cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed. The gift card's value must be used in full or in parts during its validity period.
9. Complaints and warranties
All products have a warranty of at least 6 months against manufacturing and material defects. For complaints, the customer must contact info@sisustus1.fi and include the order number, a photo of any defect and their contact details.
10. Privacy
All customer personal data is handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Further information is available in the Privacy and Register Description section.
11. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms of use are governed by Finnish law. We will first seek to resolve disagreements by agreement. Consumers have the right to refer a matter to the Consumer Disputes Board. Ultimately, disputes will be resolved by the Helsinki District Court.
