Our story
Sisustus1's sister company Import Numero 1 Oy has been operating as an importer of special textiles since 1994, both as a wholesaler for department stores and as an importer and manufacturer for hotels and ships. Import Numero 1 Oy owns the No Problem and No Problem Hotel Luxus brand products, which include No Problem Hotel Luxus blankets, pillows, sheets, beds, bathrobes, towels and many other product categories, which can be found in hundreds of thousands in use in numerous of Finland's highest quality hotels, spas and ships.
The Sisustus1 online store was founded in 2017, when Import Numero 1 Oy's customer service began receiving an increasing number of inquiries from consumer customers asking if pillows and blankets from hotels and ships could also be delivered to their homes.
At that time, we decided to set up our own easy-to-use online store for consumer customers, from which it would be possible to order exactly the same products for home use as are available in hotels and ships.
Over the years, Sisustus1's selection has expanded to include a large number of different hotel products, which consumers can also order and use if they wish. Over time, unique and stand-out products and brands have also been added to the selection. As a result, Sisustus1 is now known as a specialist store for sleeping products and hotel products, with a selection of many products that are not otherwise available in Finland.
From 2022 onwards, Sisustus1 has also served corporate customers, especially hotels, laundries, small accommodation providers, rental properties, spas, restaurants, charter companies, Airbnb hosts and interior design agencies.

Our specialty is selling products that have proven themselves in hotel use to private customers who want a little everyday luxury in their homes. The hotel products we represent, such as beds, pillows and blankets, can be found in luxury hotels and spas all over Finland and the Baltics. Sheets, pillowcases and bathrobes can be found in luxury hotels all over the world. We also represent high-quality and well-known consumer brands.
Sensiprima Oy, Business ID 2858200-6, owns the www.sisustus1.fi online store with the Key Flag label, and www.sisustus1.ee and www.inredning1.se online stores. We are a Finnish-owned family business operating in the Scandinavian and Baltic markets. Sensiprima Oy is VAT registered in Finland.
Sensiprima Oy is focused on the resale of products from Import Numero 1 Oy ( www.nro1.com ), a Finnish importer of high-quality professional and consumer textiles, to consumers.
From our store, you can order products for your home from our wider selection than at retailers, as well as our special products made exclusively for professional use, which are not available to consumers elsewhere.
The Sisustus1.fi online store has exclusive rights to the clearance and "Outlet" sales of the above-mentioned importers.
We operate in accordance with Finnish laws and consumer protection laws. All products have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal and normal factory warranties against product defects. Please note that hygiene products do not have the right to exchange or return according to hygiene standards.
Our products are also available to businesses of all sizes, including restaurants, hotels, campsites, guesthouses, ships, and retailers. For larger orders, please contact our customer service for a quote.
