About us

Our story

Sisustus1's sister company Import Numero 1 Oy has been importing specialist textiles since 1994, supplying department stores as a wholesaler and importing and commissioning products for hotels and ships. Import Numero 1 Oy owns the No Problem brand and the No Problem Hotel Luxus products, including No Problem Hotel Luxus duvets, pillows, sheets, beds, bathrobes, towels and many other product categories. Hundreds of thousands of these products are in use in many of Finland's finest hotels, spas and ships.

The Sisustus1 online store was founded in 2017, when Import Numero 1 Oy's customer service began receiving an increasing number of enquiries from consumers asking whether they could buy the same pillows and duvets they had used in hotels and on ships for their homes.

We then decided to set up an easy-to-use online store for consumers, where they could order exactly the same products for their homes as those used in hotels and on ships.

Over the years, Sisustus1's range has expanded to include a wide variety of hotel products that consumers can also order and use. Unique products and brands that stand out from the mainstream have also been added over time. Sisustus1 is now known as a specialist in bedding and hotel products, with many items that are otherwise unavailable to buy in Finland.

Since 2022, Sisustus1 has also served business customers, especially hotels, laundries, small accommodation providers, rental properties, spas, restaurants, charter companies, Airbnb hosts and interior design agencies.
