Sisustus1.fi’s mobile messaging service (“Service”) is operated by Sisustus1.fi (“Sisustus1.fi”, “we” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Mobile Terms of Use”). We may change or discontinue the Service or its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also update these Terms at any time, and by continuing to use the Service after any changes become effective, you agree to those changes.
By giving your consent to Sisustus1.fi’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Sisustus1.fi to the mobile phone number you have provided – even if your number is registered in a national or local “Do Not Call” registry. Messages may be sent by an automated telephone system or other technology. Advertising messages may include offers, promotions and other marketing messages (e.g. shopping cart reminders).
You understand that joining the program is not a requirement for purchase, and your consent is not a condition for any purchase from Sisustus1.fi. Participation in the program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the use of the Service, but you are responsible for any text message and data charges that your mobile operator may charge. The number of messages may vary. Please check the terms of your mobile service and contact your operator if necessary. You are solely responsible for any costs associated with text messages.
You can leave the Service at any time by sending a single STOP command via message to sisustu1 , or by clicking on the cancellation link in the message (if available). You will receive one confirmation message of your cancellation. After this, you will not receive any more messages unless you explicitly request it. If you have joined other Sisustu1.fi mobile messaging programs and wish to cancel them as well, you must cancel them separately in accordance with the terms of those programs, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may change the short code or telephone number through which the Service is provided at any time and we will notify you of any changes. You understand that if you send a message (e.g. STOP or HELP) to an outdated number, the message may not reach us and we are not responsible for your request not being fulfilled.
The mobile phone carriers supporting the Service are not responsible for delayed or undeliverable messages. You agree to provide us with a current and working mobile phone number. If you receive a new phone number, you must re-register for the Program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not responsible for any delayed, failed or incorrectly delivered messages or information transmitted through the Service, or for your actions or inactions based on such information.
