Mobile service terms of use

Sisustus1.fi's mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Sisustus1.fi (“Sisustus1.fi”, “we” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms of use (the “Mobile Terms”). We may change or discontinue the Service or its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also update these terms at any time, and by continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to those changes.

By consenting to Sisustus1.fi's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Sisustus1.fi at the mobile phone number you have provided, even if your number is registered on a national or local “Do Not Call” register. Messages may be sent using an automated telephone system or other technology. Promotional messages may include offers, promotions and other marketing messages, such as shopping cart reminders.

You understand that joining the programme is not required to make a purchase, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase from Sisustus1.fi. Participation in the programme is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for any text messaging and data charges imposed by your mobile operator. Message frequency may vary. Check the terms of your mobile plan and contact your operator if necessary. You are solely responsible for all costs associated with text messages.

You may leave the Service at any time by texting the single command STOP to sisustus1, or by clicking the unsubscribe link in the message, if available. You will receive one confirmation message after unsubscribing. After that, you will receive no further messages unless you expressly request them. If you have joined other Sisustus1.fi mobile messaging programmes and wish to unsubscribe from those too, you must do so separately under the terms of those programmes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may change the short code or telephone number through which the Service is provided at any time and will notify you of any changes. You understand that if you send a message, such as STOP or HELP, to an outdated number, the message may not reach us, and we are not responsible for being unable to fulfil your request.

Mobile operators supporting the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a current and working mobile phone number. If you obtain a new phone number, you must register for the programme again using your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not responsible for any delayed, failed or incorrectly delivered messages or information provided through the Service, or for your actions or inaction based on that information.
