2. Campaign period

Entries are accepted between 1.10.2026 at 00.00 and 31.10.2026 at 23.59 (Finnish time).

Entries received outside the campaign period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to all natural persons aged 18 or over who permanently reside in mainland Finland.

Employees of the Organiser, companies in the same group, and companies involved in planning or implementing the campaign, as well as their family members living in the same household, are not eligible to enter. The winner’s first name will be published on the campaign channels in a congratulatory announcement.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

By entering, you accept the campaign terms.

4. How to enter

To enter, complete the entry form on the campaign page during the campaign period and follow us on at least one social media channel of your choice.

To enter, the participant must:

- provide their correct full name, email address and phone number;

- accept these prize draw rules and read the Sisustus1.fi privacy notice; and

- actively opt in to receive Sisustus1.fi newsletters and electronic direct marketing. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in each marketing message or by contacting info@sisustus1.fi. Withdrawing consent before the draw cancels the entry. Consent withdrawn after the draw does not affect the entry.

Each person may enter once. Multiple entries from the same person will be treated as one entry. Incomplete, incorrect, automated or non-compliant entries may be rejected.

5. Prize

One Hotel Luxus 2 continental bed, identical to the bed model used at Lapland Hotels, will be drawn among all valid entries.

The maximum value of the prize is 2 999 euros.

The winner may choose a bed size of 90x200 cm, 120x200 cm or 160x200 cm.

The prize includes the Hotel Luxus 2 continental bed specified in the campaign, identical to the one used in the hotels. A new bed will be made after the draw in the dimensions requested by the winner. Any headboard, bed linen, pillows, duvets, bedside tables or other furnishings shown in the images are not included in the prize.

The bed’s upholstery, colour, firmness and other selectable features are predetermined.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, a gift card or other products, with the following exception: if the winner purchased a bed from Sisustus1.fi during the campaign period of 1–31 October 2026, the price paid for the bed will be refunded, up to a maximum of €2,999. In this case, the refund replaces the bed offered as the prize. The prize cannot be exchanged or returned. The winner is responsible for all other costs that winning may incur. The standard warranty terms do not apply to the prize.

6. Prize delivery

The prize includes delivery to one address in mainland Finland specified by the winner and freely accessible by the delivery vehicle. The address must be within the delivery areas of Hakonen Solutions Oy. If the winner’s address is outside these areas, the winner has three options: collect the prize from the nearest Hakonen terminal, collect the bed from the Sisustus1 warehouse in Helsinki, or decline the prize, in which case we will draw a new winner.

Carrying the bed indoors, assembly, removal of an old bed, lifting services or other special transport services are not included in the prize. These can be ordered from Hakonen as optional paid services.

The prize will be manufactured after the Organiser has contacted the winner and the winner has confirmed the desired bed dimensions. Delivery of the bed to the winner takes approximately 4-6 weeks from contacting the winner. The Organiser is not responsible for reasonable delivery delays caused by the manufacturer, carrier or other reasons beyond the Organiser’s control.

7. Draw and selection of the winner

The winner will be selected at random on 1.11.2026 from all participants with valid entries submitted during the campaign period.

The Organiser will prepare an internal record of the draw. The chance of winning depends on the total number of valid entries.

8. Contacting the winner

The winner will be notified personally via the email address or phone number provided in the entry form no later than three business days after the draw.

The Organiser will never ask the winner for payment, online banking credentials, payment card details or any other payment to claim the prize.

The winner must respond to the Organiser within seven days. If the winner cannot be reached within this time, has provided incorrect contact details or does not meet these rules, the Organiser has the right to draw a new winner.

The Organiser may ask the winner to prove their identity, age and eligibility before awarding the prize. The selected winner may be asked for their social media usernames to verify that they follow the account and meet the prize draw terms. If requested, the usernames must be provided within the seven-day response period stated above. If the following requirement is not met, a new winner will be drawn.

The winner’s first name and municipality of residence will be published in connection with the prize draw posts.

9. Taxes

The Organiser is responsible for the lottery tax payable on the prize. A prize from a draw subject to lottery tax is tax-free for the winner. According to the Finnish Tax Administration, lottery tax on a public, free prize draw is 30 per cent of the prize’s value. 10. Processing of personal data

Sensiprima Oy is the data controller for the prize draw. The Instagram and TikTok usernames requested from the selected winner are used to verify compliance with the entry requirement.

Participants’ names, email addresses and phone numbers are used to conduct the draw, process entries, contact the winner and deliver the prize.

Entry data relating to participants other than the winner that is needed solely to conduct the draw will be deleted within a reasonable time after the campaign and any investigations have ended, normally no later than three months after the draw. This does not apply to data needed to maintain newsletter subscriptions and email marketing: the name, email address and consent information of a participant who has consented to marketing remain in Sisustus1.fi’s marketing register after the draw has ended. The end of the draw or a participant not winning does not end their newsletter subscription.

The winner’s data may be retained for longer to meet accounting, tax and other statutory obligations.

For newsletters and other email marketing, data is processed on the basis of the participant’s consent for as long as that consent remains valid and the data is necessary for this purpose. The subscription can be cancelled at any time via the unsubscribe link in a marketing message or by contacting info@sisustus1.fi. Email marketing will stop after cancellation. Necessary information about the objection to marketing and evidence of consent may be retained on an applicable legal basis.

11. Social media platforms

The prize draw is not organised, administered, supported or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, Meta or TikTok.

The participant releases these platforms from all liability relating to the prize draw. Questions about the prize draw must be directed to Sensiprima Oy, not to the social media platforms.

12. Lapland Hotels

Lapland Hotels is not the organiser of the prize draw and is not responsible for conducting the draw, selecting the winner or delivering the prize, and does not answer questions about the prize draw.

The reference to Lapland Hotels identifies the bed model and its use in hotels. Lapland Hotels is not involved in the prize draw.

13. Organiser’s liability

The Organiser is responsible for awarding the prize in accordance with these rules and terms.

The Organiser’s liability is limited to the stated value of the prize, except for liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

If the prize cannot be delivered for an unforeseen reason beyond the Organiser’s control, the Organiser has the right to replace it with a prize of equivalent characteristics and value, or of greater value.

14. Changes to the rules and interruption of the campaign

The Organiser may make minor technical or clarifying changes to the rules. Material changes to the campaign will be announced on the campaign page.

The Organiser may interrupt the campaign only for a compelling reason beyond its control. Changes will not unjustifiably disadvantage those who have already entered.

15. Applicable law

Finnish law applies to the prize draw and these rules.

You can buy your bed during the campaign. If you buy a continental bed from us between 1 and 31 October 2026 and win the bed giveaway, we will refund the price you paid for the bed, up to a maximum of €2,999. The refund replaces the bed offered as the prize.

You can therefore order your new bed now and still enter the prize draw like everyone else! Please note that ordering a bed does not automatically enter you in the draw: you must also meet the usual entry requirements.
