The Hotel Luxus Jenkki 2 bed is manufactured for the top Finnish hotel chain, Lapland Hotels, according to the high standards of the newest city hotels.

This Hotel Luxus -Yankki bed has been developed for the best hotels of the Finnish hotel chain, Lapland Hotels. Naturally, the structure is very durable and the sleeping comfort is in a class of its own. All materials in the bed are of custom-made quality and are definitely the most popular Yankki bed in our selection. If you value a durable, sturdy and professional-style Yankki bed that offers excellent sleeping comfort, this is your choice.

If you also want to sleep at home like in a luxury hotel, this bed is a great option. You can try the bed at our Showroom in Espoo, or of course during a staycation at Lapland Hotels Bulevardi, Tampere, Arena, Oulu, or Kuopio.

The frame of the Yankki bed is made of sturdy dry softwood and the slats on the bottom of the lower frame are in their own groove and not riveted to the bottom edge as usual. The lower frame has a high-quality German bonnell spring system, and the mattress has a top-class German pocket spring system. The mattress is always Extra Hard for hotel use, but can also be manufactured for consumers with Hard springs. We always use sturdy and firm foam (HR35) on the edges of the mattress, making the bed better to sleep on and more stable to sit on the edge. The springs are also not visible through the edge fabric, as in regular beds. The whole thing is topped off with a profiled 7 cm thick memory foam mattress.

The most important part, the suspension, is of the best German quality. This three-tiered Yankee bed has a bonnel spring system in the lower frames (separate lower frames when the width is over 140 cm) with 118 springs / m2. The lower frame is 25 cm high. The intermediate mattress has a high-quality Pocket pocket spring system with 250 springs / m2. The stiffness class is Extra Hard as standard, but can also be made with Hard hardness. Both options are on display in our Showroom. The intermediate mattress is 19 cm thick.

The bed can be made with springs of different strengths on different sides at no additional cost, for example Hard on one side and Medium on the other.

The Memory Foam material of the mattress topper molds to the heat and pressure of the sleeper's body, providing perfect support to different parts of the body. The mattress topper is 7 cm thick. Of course, you can also choose a different mattress topper for the bed. You can try different options in our showroom. Changing the mattress topper may affect the price, so please contact the seller if you are interested in changing the mattress topper.

The legs are standard black metal legs, height 17 cm. The legs are round, screw-down. Beds under 140 cm wide include 4 legs of your choice, and beds over 140 cm wide include 8 legs of your choice. The model of the legs does not affect the price of the bed.

Lapland Hotels' bed set is made of fire-resistant materials. The set includes legs, a mattress frame, a mattress pad and a mattress topper. The total height is 68 cm. However, not all upholstery fabrics in our selection are fire-resistant. If you want fire-resistant upholstery for your bed, please contact the seller and they will present fire-resistant fabrics and shades.

This No Problem Hotel Luxus bed collection is not available elsewhere for consumer sales and therefore the price does not include normal retailer costs.

The product is made to order and has no right to exchange or return. Pick-up is from our warehouse in Helsinki or home delivery with Hakonen service at a low price. Summary of return and exchange rights

1. Free return and exchange

The return and exchange of saleable products is free of charge to the customer, provided that the customer complies with the following conditions:

  • The customer must contact the seller before returning by email to info(at)sisustus1.fi within 14 days of delivery of the order.
  • The return is made according to the instructions provided by the seller, using the return method or code provided by the seller.

Free returns do not apply to:

  • Custom-made products
  • Furniture or customer-specific products
  • International orders (Orders delivered outside Finland)
  • Hygiene product exceptions mentioned below

The customer is responsible for any return costs for orders shipped outside of Finland. We recommend using a trackable and reliable delivery method.

If the customer returns the product without prior notice or without instructions from the seller, the customer is responsible for the costs of the return. In this case, the return must be delivered to the seller's warehouse or separately agreed delivery via post or another carrier.

2. Consumer's right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (38/1978), to cancel their order in whole or in part within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product. The right of cancellation only applies to unused, in original condition and saleable products that are returned in the original, undamaged product packaging.

Products must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered to the customer. Products with product tags or seals attached must be returned with these in their original place and intact.

The right of return does not apply to:

  • Products that have been used, processed or otherwise modified.
  • Products with product tags removed or broken.
  • Hygiene products whose packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken.
  • Custom-made products (for example, branded products and beds).
  • Furniture or custom products that are manufactured or delivered individually to the customer.

3. Right to return and exchange hygiene products

Hygiene products are not eligible for exchange or return once the product packaging has been opened or the product seal has been broken. This restriction is based on the industry standard for hygiene products and Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act, which defines restrictions on the right to return for health and hygiene reasons.

Hygiene products include, for example:

  • Pillows and blankets
  • Mattresses, mattress pads and covers
  • Bedding (e.g. duvet covers and pillowcases)
  • Beds
  • Panties and similar intimate products

If the hygiene product is packaged in sealed packaging, returns and exchanges are only possible if the seal is intact and the product has not been opened or used.

Exception: Some hygiene products are intended for professional use and do not come in sealed packaging intended for consumer sales. These include, for example, Hotel Luxus sheets and incontinence products (e.g. underwear). These products do not have a right of return after opening the package, even if there is no separate seal on the product. If the hygiene product packaging does not have a seal, the product cannot be returned. Such products include, for example, Hoie of Scandinavia blankets and pillows.

4. Return deadlines and refunds

Returned products must be returned no later than 14 days after the customer has notified them of their right to return. The seller will refund the price of the product to the consumer within 14 days of receiving and checking the returned products. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the delivery or product is faulty.

Delivery terms and returns

The products are stored and packaged in our Helsinki warehouse. We deliver the products to the address or office chosen by the customer when ordering. If the product is immediately available in our warehouse, the order will be delivered to the delivery company on weekdays within one working day.

If the delivery is estimated to take longer than stated, we will inform the customer and, if necessary, the customer can exchange the products for other products of at least the same price. If the customer wishes, the order can also be canceled. The delivery time of the order is the product with the longest delivery time.

Product prices include 25.5% VAT. We reserve the right to change the products, technical data and prices on the website. All information is without obligation.

Our delivery partners include Posti, DB Schenker, Postnord, DHL, and DPD. For international deliveries, the final distribution is carried out by the local distributors of the aforementioned companies.

Right of return

The customer has the right to cancel their order or exchange part of it within fourteen days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The product to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in saleable condition, and packed in the original intact product package. For returnable products that meet the return conditions, we offer a free exchange and refund . Products with product tags attached must be returned unused with the attached tags in their original place.

According to industry standards, hygiene products are not eligible for exchange or return after receipt of the order, as the product cannot be returned for sale. If the hygiene product is packaged in a sealed package, the product cannot be exchanged or returned once the seal is broken. Hygiene products include pillows, blankets, covers, mattress pads, sheets, mattresses, beds and underwear.

A hygiene product can be returned and exchanged if the product is packaged in a sealed package that has not been opened and the seal is intact.

Some hygiene products are manufactured for professional use and do not come in sealed packaging designed for consumer sales. These include, for example, Hotel Luxus sheets and incontinence briefs. These products are not eligible for return once the package has been opened.

If the customer wants to exchange or return the product, they must always first contact the seller by sending an email to info(at)sisustus1.fi so that return arrangements can be agreed upon. After contacting the seller by email, the seller will instruct the customer on the free return procedure. Free returns are valid for 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. Free returns do not apply to custom-made products, such as beds or named products. When exchanging a product, the seller must be contacted according to the instructions above so that free and quick arrangements can be made. If the customer returns the product without contacting them, the customer returns the products at their own expense by bringing them to the seller's warehouse or sending the products back via post or another carrier.

The right of return under the Consumer Protection Act is fulfilled in distance shopping where the customer has not had the opportunity to familiarize himself with the product.

Free returns mean that you can return the product without having to pay for the return separately, for example, no postage is charged. The delivery fee (i.e. the original fee for sending the order to you) is not refunded unless the product delivered is faulty.

Guarantees

All our products have a minimum 6-month warranty against material and manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or washing contrary to instructions. You will receive a package with the delivery, which serves as a receipt for your purchase and a warranty certificate. Force Majeure

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for indirect disadvantages caused by the incorrect condition of the products or delayed delivery. The seller reserves the right to change its delivery terms. Before ordering, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery terms in force at any time. By ordering, the customer accepts the delivery terms.

Responsibility and recyclable packaging

It is very important to us that our operations are as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible. Therefore, we strive to purchase products in large quantities and together with other orders to minimize the need for transportation. The most environmentally friendly transportation options are indicated in the delivery options.

Product reviews

The customer will receive an automated product review request approximately 7-14 days after placing the order. From this email, the customer can leave a review for the products they have purchased anonymously. Product reviews can be used in marketing communications anonymously or using a nickname created by the customer. If the reviewer has used their full name as a nickname, the nickname will be changed to just their first name in marketing communications.

Every month, 1 winner will be drawn from among the reviewers, to whom we will deliver a product prize.

Our product review provider software allows you to leave a review even without having ordered the product in question, by going to the product page and leaving a review directly in the review field. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the 100% authenticity of all product reviews. However, it is assumed that the number of fake reviews is extremely small compared to the total number.

Payment

Our payment service partner is the large Canadian e-commerce platform Shopify payments together with the large American payment intermediary Stripe. In addition, numerous other payment options are available, including Klarna, credit cards such as Amex, Visa & Mastercard, as well as online bank payments and Paypal. Pay-later and installment payments are offered by Klarna-payments. By answering a few easy questions, you can easily identify yourself in the service and choose the payment method that suits you best.

Delivery time

We generally deliver products ordered from our online store within one business day of ordering. For products that are not in stock at the time of ordering, a separate delivery time is stated on the product page. However, the delivery time may change depending on the product's stock situation. We will contact the customer if the delivery time is significantly longer than normal.

Delivery method

Our delivery partners are DB Schenker, Postnord, DHL and Posti. Hakonen is our partner for bed deliveries.

Pick up from store

The customer also has the option of picking up from our warehouse in Helsinki (Valimotie 21, 00380 Helsinki) on weekdays between 9 am and 4 pm. Your order is available for pick-up when you have received an email notification that your order is ready for pick-up. When picking up your order from our warehouse, you must provide your last name and order number. There are no delivery costs when picking up.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be added to product orders depending on the size of the package. The cost will be determined when the product is ordered. According to the campaign terms, free shipping is automatically activated for the order if the conditions are met. However, free shipping is not available for freight products, such as beds and furniture. The availability of free shipping varies from time to time.
